Greetings from the North Pole

Good Morning,

I'm here to share a slightly different kind of card for me as it doesn't have a hand coloured image. I watched a tutorial by Pamellia Johnson that you can find Here & I just loved what she made so had to have a go myself.

I have changed the papers as I had this gorgeous Reindeer that I didn't know what to do with & slightly different embellishments.

This lovely deer bauble & most of the embellishments are from Live & Love Crafts as I did buy quite a lot of things from there as they are sadly closing down :-(

I'm so please with how it turned out & will have to make some more like this with all different papers as they are quite quick to make.

Thank you for stopping by, please leave a comment as I love to hear what you think.

Hope you have a lovely day

Oh Christmas Tree

Good Morning,

Its the turn of Team A again over at the Alphabet Challenge & we are now on the letter T which for this challenge is for Trees.

I have coloured up the super cute Penguins carry the Tree from Whimsy Stamps using Copic Markers

I have added a little bit of snowtex (ok quite a lot actually lol) & some glamour dust to give the image some dimension. All the papers are from one of the paper pad I bought from the Range.

Thank you for stopping by & please pop over to the Alphabet Challenge blog & see all the lovely designs from the DT.

Hope you have a lovely day

Winter Wendy

Good Morning,

We are back with another Challenge over at the Art by Miran Challenge blog & as usual the theme is Anything Goes

I have coloured up the gorgeous Winter Wendy from the Whimsy Stamps collection of Art by Miran Stamps. I have coloured her using Copic Markers.

All of the flowers & other embellishments are from my rather large stash of goodies that I have now idea where everything comes from, really need to sort everything out.

The papers are from a paper pad that I bought in the Range, love going in there for crafty goodies as they always seem to have something good to buy

Thank you for stopping by & please pop over to the Art by Miran Challenge to see what the rest of the DT have come up with & join in as we love to see all of your gorgeous makes.

Hope you have a fab day

Anything Goes at Midweek Magnolia

Good Morning,

I have had to keep this to myself for the past few weeks but now I can shout it from the rooftops. I am the newest member of the Midweek Magnolia Design Team, I was so thrilled to be asked after I applied for their latest DT Call.

Midweek Magnolias

The theme for my first Challenge is .........

Anything Goes using a Magnolia Image

I have coloured up the sweet Tilda with Holiday Sweater with Distressed Markers. I have added a little bit of Wink of Stella to Rudolf's nose.

The papers are from a paper pad that I bought from the Range (they do have some nice papers in there) I thought I would make a different shaped card, it is suppose to be a bauble but I'm not sure it comes across like that.

Most of the flowers & other embellishments are from Live & Love Crafts

Our sponsor is

Magnolia Sweden

You MUST use a Magnolia image, you can use any other
Magnolia products such as paper, dies, flowers etc if you wish.

Fabulous Friend

Good Morning,

I have been crafting away again using the newest Crafteezee Collection that Tracy at Noor Designs has put together, you really do get some many fab goodies to play with in these collections.

I have made a slightly different shape card, this one is a 7'x 4' card base as I thought my usual 6' x 6' was a little to compact & I wanted a bit of height.

Thank you for popping by & I hope you have a lovely day

Lori's Gift at Christmas

Good Morning,

It's been a lovely bright frosty morning here today which is a lot better than the wet horrible mornings that we have had for the last few days.

My card for the latest Art by Miran Challenge has that frosty feeling as well so for once the weather fits nicely with my post lol

I have coloured up the super cute Lori's Gift using Copic Markers, I was really pleased with how her hair turned out as I do usually mess up with darker hair.

I have added quite a bit of snowtex & glamour dust for that wintery feeling.

Thank you for stopping by & please pop on over to the Art by Miran Challenge & see all the wonderful inspiration from the rest of the DT.

Hope you have a lovely day

Art Deco Twist Birthday

Good Afternoon,

Well the nights are drawing in here now & I have to light the fire & turn on the light down in my little crafty shack, the downfall of having a craft room at the bottom of the garden.

I have been having a little play with the latest Crafteezee Collection from Noor Designs UK & the theme of this collection is Art Deco. I was a tad worried about the theme as Art Deco really isn't my thing but I thought outside of the box & used the yummy goodies in a slightly different way.

As soon as I saw the feathers I remembered this lovely Lili of the Valley Stamp that I bought ages ago, sadly discontinued now. I have coloured her up using Distressed Markers to match the pink & blacks in the collection.

I know the image is more of the Victorian era but with the feathers in her headdress I thought it would go well with everything in the collection.

I do love these Feathers & the straws are fab as well.

A bit pic heavy but there are just so many gorgeous goodies that I have used on this card & I still have loads left.

Thank you for stopping by & having a look I do really appreciate it.

I hope you have a lovely evening

A little Winter Scene

Good Afternoon

I was just having a look through my blog posts & came across this one that I hadn't published, very strange as this was the very first card I made with the Yuletide Crafteezee Collection which arrived about a month ago.

I have painted the lovely holly wreath with white gresso paint & then embossed with Shabby Blue Frantage. I just knew as soon as I saw the wreath that it had to be the focal point of a card.

I couldn't resit using the wreath to frame this gorgeous winter scene, I have added a little bit of glamour dust to the house, trees & snow under the gnome for a bit of sparkle.

Thank you for stopping by

Hope you have a lovely day
