I have made a 40th Wedding anniversary card as my Mum had asked me for one for her friends Wedding Anniversary.

I have dug out some of my papers that I had hoarded away & added this pretty bride & groom chipboard embellishment as a focal point.

I went a little overboard on the flowers & other embellishments but as it's an xtra special card I'm aloud to lol

A whole lotta love

Good Morning,

It's challenge time again over at the Alphabet Challenge & it's team A's turn again, where is this year going? It'll be Christmas before we know it lol

We are on the letter L which this time is for 'Love'. It's my friends wedding tomorrow & I thought for a different kind of present I would make her something to remember the day by.

I have painted an box frame that I think came from the Works & have distressed it up for the vintage look. Her colour scheme is Yellow & White so I had to dig out my yellows which I did find that I have nearly run out of.

I have painted the gorgeous Wycinanka Chipboard Wedding Couple & have added some frantage for that extra special sparkle.

I have gone a tad overboard with the pics but I was actually really pleased with how it turned out, just hope she likes it.

Here comes the Bride

Good Morning,

I'm a tad bit late with my post today, unfortunately i haven't been overly well these past few weeks & now I've been diagnosed with a shoulder problem that is currently making my whole arm & hand go numb so colouring anything is taking an age.

Thankfully I managed to colour up this gorgeous stamp before the pain set in for the new Art by Miran Challenge Challenge that has started today, as usual the theme is 

Anything Goes.

I have coloured up Bella the Bride from the Art by Miran Whimsy Stamps collection & you can find her Here. I have coloured her with Copic Markers & the bouquet with Prisma pencils.

The Papers are from my stash & the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used the gorgeous Princess digi stamp & have coloured her up using Copic Markers. I have added some glamour dust to her earrings, hair beads & little drop on her forehead but sadly you can't see it on the pic's.

The papers are from Live & Love Crafts along with the 2 hearts & the lace. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Embellish it at Digi Choosday

Good Morning,

It's that fab time of the week again because it's challenge day over at Digi Choosday. Our theme this time is 'Embellish it' so get all your little pretty bits out & embellish away.

For my 'Embellish it' card I thought I would do a wedding card as I find these are the best for embellishing.

I have used the super gorgeous Bride from the Love & Kisses collection, you can find her Here. All of the papers, embellishments & coach have all come from the full Love & Kisses collection that can be found Here.

I have fussily cut out all of the embellishment & i even got my craft knife out to cut around the wheels & fiddly bits on the coach. I did manage to slice my finger in the process but that's all part of the crafting experience isn't it?

I have coloured the bride with Copic's & have added some glamour dust to the tiara & bouquet for that little bit of sparkle, I do love a bit of sparkle.

Wedding Anniversary's at Charisma

Good Morning,

Well the weather seems to have forgotten that it is suppose to be summer as I am sat here with my coat on indoors as it's so cold, I just hope it warms up a tad for when i'm on holiday.
Ok so it is challenge time again at Charisma Cards & the theme is Wedding Anniversary's, nice easy one :-)
My card is one that my Dad asked me to make for my Mum as it was their 40th Wedding Anniversary. This is an 8 x 8 card as he wanted something bigger than usual & I was so surprised how easy I managed to fill all the space. More or less everything I used to make this card has come from Live & Love crafts with the exception of the large white rose.

I have coloured Magnolia Vintage Bridal Couple & Magnolia Swedish Vintage background with Pro Markers & have added some glamour dust to her tiara & bouquet.

There is a little tag hiding in the corner with the lovely bow attached.

You can see the sparkle on the roses in her bouquet a bit more in this pic.

I have doodled and sketched all of my life.

I started making greetings cards when my last child was born, and used my doodles on them as I couldn't find what I wanted in the usual craft places.

I only started selling my images in the Autumn of 2009.

I design and hand/mouse-draw all of the images that are sold in the Delicious Doodles Shop. Some are cutsie animals, some are sketched flowers, there are a few men's images, fairies and also some 'darker' images featuring vampires, skulls and Gothic stuff, something for everyone!

Charisma Cardz 1 Image, 1 Paper, 1 Embellishment

Morning All,

I hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend, it was my birthday over the weekend so we had a family BBQ & it was the first time we have had the family over to the house since we've moved it. Thankfully the weather was OK with only a few light showers & everyone said how lovely the house is etc.

Right onto this weeks challenge at Charisma Cardz, this week we have a recipe & it is 1 paper, 1 image & 1 embellishment. My card has been made using one of our fab sponsors for this week Time for Tea's Princess digi. I have coloured her hair with my new Copic Markers that my lovely hubby bought me for my birthday ;-) I have added some glamour dust to her dress & tiara to make it nice & sparkly.
