For my Anything Goes card I have got out the Nordic Winter collection again & have made a box frame card. I have used the Santa image & have coloured him up using pencils.

Having a Traditional Christmas at Digi Choosday

Good Morning,

With Christmas getting ever closer our new challenge over at Digi Choosday is:

Traditional Christmas

Traditional Christmas for me is very vintage, greens, reds, golds. Real trees & that cottage christmas feel so for me that could only mean using one collection, the Nordic Winter Collection that can be found Here. 

I have used a lovely pre coloured christmas tree which I have only added a little sparkle to, all of the papers, embellishments & sentiment are in this one collection.

Digi Choosday goes Monochrome

Good Morning,

It's Tuesday so that means challenge time again over at Digi Choosday and out theme is 'Monochrome'. For this I decided to use brown as my colour as the brown & cream papers in the Nordic Winter Collection are to die for.

For my Monochrome card I have coloured up the Santa Digi with pencils for that more vintage look. I have added some glamour dust around & about for that added sparkle, it is a Christmas card after all.

I have distressed the edges of the papers with the Time Holtz distressing tool & have added Vintage photo ink to the distressed edges.

For the first time in ages I have also decorated the inside of the card to mimic the outside. My husband looked at this card & has put this one in his pile of cards to give to people, I do have to say no to him on occasions as I would like some for myself.
