Sweater socks Fairy

Afternoon Everyone,

I have been having a play with Instagram & another similar app recently so my card pics will now be a bit more interesting ;-)
My latest card has been made using the brilliant Sweater Socks Fairy from Saturated Canary & she has been coloured using Copics for her hair, wings & socks then Pro Markers for her dress as i only have a little collection of Copics at the moment.

All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts & the diamond flourish is from Hobbycraft. I have added Glamour Dust to her wings & some stickles to the flowers & some to her hair & dress to give her that sparkle fairy look, sadly the picture doesn't pick it up very well.

I would like to enter this card in to the Digi Haven Challenge - Use 2 colours, I have used Aqua blue & Purple.

Hope you all have a fab day

Decorate the inside of your card at Charisma Cardz

Good Morning,

Well I'm back from a lovely week away in Somerset, love it down there & I hope we can move down to Minehead one day as it would be a dream come true.
Right on to to days card & it is Challenge day over at Charisma Cardz & this weeks theme from Team A is 'Decorate the inside of your card'. I have decorate the inside on a few cards I have made but on the whole its not something I do a lot. The image is from one of our sponsors this week the fab Crafty Sentiments and she is called Harriett. I have added some shabby white frantage around the image & this is the first time I have used this & I think I put a tad too much on, I have distressed the edges with distressed ink. I have used my ohh so fav die the La La Land Heart banner & the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.

Snowflakes

Afternoon Everyone,

Oh what a lovely wet afternoon we are having, lets home the sun will be back soon as i hate the wet weather.
I have been playing with my new Visible Image stamps & have come up with this lovely wintry card made using their Enchanting Snowflakes & Winter's Miracle stamps that have been newly released. I have stamped them all using a clear embossing pad & covered them using paper mania Tinsel Snowflake embossing power. I am quite pleased with how it has come out but i think i need better embossing powder as this seems to rub off quite easily.

Charisma Cardz Your numbers Up

Good Morning,

Its Thursday so that means it challenge week for Team A over at Charisma Cardz. The theme this week is 'Your numbers Up' (must use a number), this is something that I really don't do that often but think maybe I should start. My card has been made using an image from one of our sponsors this week, the image is from The Stamping Chef & is called All Girl. The numbers are wooden cut outs inked up with distressed ink & then embossed to give them that lovely glittery look.

Our wonderful sponsors this week are:

My Mums Craft Shop

The Stamping Chef

Hope everyone has a fab day & make sure you pop over to the Charisma Cardz Challenge Blog & see what the rest of the DT have come up with

Sentiments at Visible Image

Good Morning Everyone,

Well the weather seems to be turning towards autumn & I've had to get the hat out when i come out in the mornings. I do like this time of year seeing the leaves turn & the lovely patterns frosty mornings show us.
On to today's card which i think has an autumn feel about it with the brown & orange colours. I have used all Visible image stamps to make this card, we have Clara & Edgar who are the perfect steam punk couple & the beautiful The One sentiment. All these brilliant stamps can be found at www.visibleimage.co.uk & i really do recommend you pop over & have a look.
I have coloured Clara & Edgar with Pro-markers. I have cut them out & stuck them on with foam pads.

Kitty's on a candle

Afternoon Everyone,

I have been having a little play with decorating candles & i am so pleased with the results. I was really worried that I would completely melt the candle or something like that, but thankfully everything went to plan.
I have used a super cute stamp from Lili of the Valley called Kitty Gifts & I have added a bit of sparkle with some glamour dust.
So simple to do but really effective.

I would like to enter this project into the following callings:

Tilda in the Mountains

Good Afternoon,

As I said earlier I have started making Christmas cards & i have finally taken the plunge & bought some Magnolia Tilda stamps. I've seen so many cards made using these stamps & wasn't too sure about them but after buying & colouring them up I absolutely love them. I have used Magnolia Christmas Story - Tilda in the Mountains. I have coloured her hair using Copic Markers & the rest with Pro-markers, I have also added glamour dust to her hat but the camera wouldn't show it very well. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley - Christmas Circular Set & the silver snow flake flourish is Memory Box Die - Frosty border.

You can kind of see the glamour dust on her hat in this pic.

Sweets please

Morning,

It's been a busy week this week as I've finally started making Christmas cards, yes I have managed to make 2 & I've stamped out a load of Christmas images to colour up over the next few days. Whether this happens is another matter but at least I've made a start.
Todays card however is nothing to do with Christmas & has been made using the lovely Summer Sweet Wryn from Tiddly Inks. I have coloured her with copic markers & the lolli pops with pro-markers. The little tag sentiments are Lili of the Valley & I have attached them to the lolli pop with a brad.
