Sweet Leotie

It's challenge time again over at Art by Miran Challenge, the theme is always Anything Goes.

I have coloured up one of the new releases digi's called Leotie isn't she just gorgeous. I have coloured her up using my Copic Markers & have added some glamour dust to her flowers & the shawl that she's wearing.

All of the papers are off cuts that I had left over from various different paper pads, I keep everything as I just can't bring myself to throw pretty paper away.

The lovely butterfly is from Live & Love crafts Wycinanka Chipboard collection called Summer Butterfly. I have added a little glamour dust to that aswell.

Here comes the Bride

I'm a tad bit late with my post today, unfortunately i haven't been overly well these past few weeks & now I've been diagnosed with a shoulder problem that is currently making my whole arm & hand go numb so colouring anything is taking an age.

Thankfully I managed to colour up this gorgeous stamp before the pain set in for the new Art by Miran Challenge Challenge that has started today, as usual the theme is 

Anything Goes.

I have coloured up Bella the Bride from the Art by Miran Whimsy Stamps collection & you can find her Here. I have coloured her with Copic Markers & the bouquet with Prisma pencils.

The Papers are from my stash & the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Wow it's the 1st July where is this year going, unfortunately I think the summer weather has forgotten about us as it's been grey & rainy for ages now. When we do see the sun we get a bit confused as to what it is lol

It's challenge time again over at the Crafts Galore Encore Challenge & it's a nice easy Anything Goes theme for this month. We have a super sponsor as Art by Miran is sponsoring us, her digi's are just gorgeous.

I have coloured up Berrylicious using copic markers, I've gone for a slightly different hair colour as I thought that normal hair colour just wouldn't look right.

I have added a little stickles to the berries but sadly it doesn't show up on the pics.

I have distressed the edges of the papers using a Tim Holtz tool. The flowers are some from my stash mixed with Wild Orchid Crafts paper flowers.

DT CALL

We will be holding a DT call this month, you need to have an established and active blog, be happy to be in a Facebook Group (secret!) willing to produce one piece of work a month (usually with digi images provided by our sponsors) , blog it and leave comments on entries throughout the month (not just at the end). In Stitches or 2 patterns at Winter Wonderland

I seem to be having a real problem with blogger today as nothing seemed to post when it was scheduled to.

Anyway it's the turn of the Icicles again over at The Winter Wonderland Challenge & we are doing things a little differently & having 2 themes per challenge to give you a bit more variety.

 So our first dual challenge is 'Stitching real or faux/Use two (or more) designer papers.  A nice easy one with lots of themes.

I thought I would try the Sepia look for this image to try & give it that real vintage feel. I have distressed the edges of the paper using a Tim Holtz tool & have added some Tea Dye distressed ink.
